All New Furniture, rugs, Mirrors & Decor items are covered under 12 Months warranty. 

Wood Products Warranty

All Wooden Furniture is covered our minimum 12 months Warranty Program & Warranty covers the significant part of product like Furniture is not usable due to significant damage. Our Warranty will not cover any damage caused intentionally or Damage during Moving or Transporting an Item. Our Warranty Will not cover natural effects on furniture like weather, flood, fire, water or Sunlight. 

Are Rugs Covered under Warranty?

yes all the New Rugs are covered under 12 months Warranty. Please note Damaged caused by customer is not covered by Warranty Like damage by Vacuum, Carpet cleaner or Any kind of damage done by customer. Stains from food and drinks are not covered by Warranty. Sun Fade is covered under Warranty. Naturally happening Rip, Damage or defect is covered under our Rug Warranty Program. 

Are Clearance Items covered Under Warranty?

No Clearance items are not covered under warranty. 

Warranty on Leather Sofas & Furniture?

Yes All Leather furniture is covered under 12 Months Warranty. Any Damage done done by customer is not covered under warranty like Rips, Stains, Physical Damage. General Wear and scratches are not covered in Warranty. As leather is Natural Material and it will show wear after using it and this is just character of genuine leather furniture. 

What Items are Not Covered Under Warranty ?

Please note these items are not covered under warranty, Vintage Objects, Vintage or Antique furniture, Antique Doors, Nautical Items & Wood Sculptures.
