We sell huge range of Antiques furniture, rugs lighting mirrors collectibles and much more. you are responsible to make sure the products you order meet your needs including size colour etc.
All The prices on website are in New Zealand Dollars and including GST. Please Note we own the right to change product price anytime. we will offer the product or products for sale until sold. We reserve the right to offer various prices in store and online. some products may not be available in our store which are available online here. We require up to 10 working days for in stock products to be ready for collection of Local delivery after Purchase.
5 Hand Made Furniture and Objects
Please note any handicrafts, Hand made furniture, Art, Rugs, Statues or other objects can be various in their appearance and finish. All hand made products can be subject to small imperfections. All hand made products can have slight different wood grain finishing paints etc.
6 Pre Order & Custom order
Preorder is applied to all the Products which are not in stock and will be made after you have made an order. Pre Orders can take from 8 weeks to 16 weeks & Longer in some cases. Payments for all preorders has to be made on time of order.
Please make sure all the information you supply us on custom order is true and correct. lacking information on custom order may cause delay.
7 Antiques, Vintage, Retro & Second hand Products
Please note all Antiques Vintage retro or second hand Furniture rugs, objects are one off product and are various in Quality, design, color, finish, condition. Antiques & used Products may have small imperfections, marks so it is responsibility of buyer to inspect properly before making purchase.
8 Delivery & Shipping
Please read our terms carefully for shipping and delivery. All in stock standard products are dispatched with in 3 to 5 working days after purchase. All standard products are shipped with Fastway & Courier post depends on your location. for delivery time frames please visit carrier website. All locals deliveries are made with in 5 working days after purchase. In stock Furniture deliveries around south island are made in 7 to 15 working days depends on location. Deliveries in rural areas may take longer than 15 working days. Delivery to north island Cities may take 7 to 20 working days and may take longer for Rural locations.
Delivery Times for all pre orders and custom orders will be 7 to 20 working days after the product arrived in NZ & May take longer for Rural addresses. All the shipping charges are paid by customer.
Please note all Furniture / Oversize Items/Garden Objects are carried by Moving companies so RULLEN takes no responsibility to damage on goods during delivery however you may choose to add Freight Insurance of $150 for the value of up to $800 and $250 for the value from $800 to $5000. Please note access fees of $400 will apply for All freight claims.
9 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All Purchases are subject to the fair trading act 1986 and the consumer guarantees act 1993.
By Law we are not required to accept returns due to change of mind, therefore exchanging or returning goods is solely at our discretion. returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis. if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in the 1st instance on 006421770211 to notify us with reason. Please note sold items are not eligible for a refund however we may exchange these or issue a credit voucher if the product is faulty. Please note we do not accept goods damaged by customer so please check goods carefully before taking away.
Custom orders are based on individual requests and therefore considered final sales once the order has been placed with our international or domestic supplier.
As our Antique products are individual in character, they are not sold as new and therefore do not carry the same warranty attached to new goods. Please chat with us before purchasing antiques and one off pieces if you are unsure of any aspect of product.
