Please note sold items are not eligible for a refund however we may exchange these or issue a credit voucher if the product is faulty. Please note we do not accept goods damaged by customer so please check goods carefully before taking away.
Custom orders are based on individual requests and therefore considered final sales once the order has been placed with our international or domestic supplier.
As our Antique products are individual in character, they are not sold as new and therefore do not carry the same warranty attached to new goods. Please chat with us before purchasing antiques and one off pieces if you are unsure of any aspect of product.
